The renovation and extension project transformed the original Queenslander home with modern amenities while preserving its heritage charm. The scope included a new front driveway, carport, and decorative front fence. The upper level was reconfigured with a new kitchen and renovated bathrooms. Below, new bedrooms, a gym, and living room were created, connected to an extended deck. The design balanced modern functionality with heritage elements. Clients favored bold stone benchtops and dark joinery. High ceilings and raw materials like spotted gum and brass fixtures were used. The integration of natural textures enhanced the connection between interior and exterior spaces, resulting in a cohesive and stylish outcome.
