The amalgamation of two blocks provided the owners of this property with the opportunity to extend their usable garden space. An extensive cut and fill was required before retaining walls, garden beds and fencing could be installed. To finish the new space off the old split level pool deck was removed and a new single level timber pool deck was created including a stairway to access the new rear garden area.
