ALEX BEACH HOUSE

A full renovation was required to rejuvenate this family beach house. Kitchen and bathrooms where replaced and a new kitchenette was built on the lower levels to create dual living spaces. All decking was replaced and worn carpet removed to expose the floorboards that were sanded back and polished. In the garden new retaining walls were installed to level out the backyard connecting it to a new polished concrete patio area. To finish it off, professional painting inside and out, a new exposed aggregate driveway and an entry with hand crafted screening now welcome guests to their coastal getaway.
